• Delivery times are 10am-6pm Monday to Friday for Sydney CBD Premium Courier and 9am-5pm for Standard Delivery.
• Deliveries must be placed by 1pm for Standard Next Day Service and 3pm for Same Day Premium Courier Service.
• All rates noted above are in Australian dollars.

Sydney CBD Premium Courier Service (Same Day Monday - Friday only)*

Rachael Ruddick offers a Same Day Premium Courier service for customers in the Sydney CBD and surrounding suburbs if the order is placed before 1pm. Surrounding suburbs include: Surry Hills, East Sydney, Ultimo, Pyrmont, Alexandria - and Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs.

Standard Delivery within Australia*

Orders placed before 1pm addressed to any capital city (except in Western Australia and Tasmania) or metropolitan area will be delivered the next working day. If the deadline of 1pm is missed, the parcel will be delivered the following working day.

Customers in Western Australia and Tasmania will receive goods in approximately 2-5 working days (although please note that in most instances your parcel will be delivered in 2-3 working days).

Customers in regional areas will receive their parcel within 2-7 working days depending on your distance from the local courier depot.

International Deliveries*

Countries outside Australia will receive orders in approximately 3-7 working days. Please refer to our table above for approximate air-freight delivery costs.

On occasion, some shipments may take up to 3 weeks to arrive, depending on the amount of time it may take for an item to clear customs (although please note that this is not usually the case).

Postal charge does not include possible taxes and duties which may be applied by customs in the country where the order originated. The responsibility for any customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be imposed will rest with the customer. For further information, it may be necessary to call local customs offices to gain further details.

Late Deliveries

If you have not received your order within the days specified above, please contact us at showroom@rachaelruddick.com. If you are trying to estimate when a package will arrive please consider the following:

• Orders placed after 1pm will be downloaded into the system for the following day therefore not processed that day.

Out of Stock items

If an item is temporarily out of stock, we will contact you via email within 2 business days and inform you of the expected delivery if the product is not already noted as 'Out of Stock' on our website.

Pricing

All transactions are processed in Australian Dollars.

Important Information

• All orders require a signature upon receipt so please have shipped to a location you will be present (ie office).
• We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched.
• Order cut-off times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization.

Insurance

Rachael Ruddick insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you have specified a recipient who is not you for delivery purposes (for example as a gift) then you accept that evidence of a signature by them (or at that delivery address) is evidence of delivery and fulfilment by Rachael Ruddick and transfer of responsibility in the same way.
