Our client required a swift, end-to-end renovation completed in just over six months. With a growing family, the priority was to create seamless flow and a serene haven—offering respite from the energy of Miami Beach. Original features of the 1926 home were sensitively restored and gentrified, while key areas were modernized to meet contemporary family living needs.
