DOMESTIC SHIPPING (WITHIN THE US)
We offer free FedEx ground shipping for all orders to the 48 contiguous U.S. States.

FedEx Standard Overnight: $50
For Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico: $25
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (OUTSIDE THE US)
We offer free express shipping worldwide. All international orders will be fulfilled by DHL.
DUTIES AND TAXES
All orders shipped outside of the US (with exception of EU, Canada, UK, Australia, China, Hong Kong and Japan) will be subject to Duties and Taxes. These can be seen at the check-out where you can opt to pay the duties and taxes.
European Union, Canada, UK, Australia, China, Hong Kong and Japan prices include duties and taxes in the product price.
Please note that the duty and sales taxes are non-refundable through Rachael Ruddick. However, you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs bureau directly.
TRACKING YOUR DELIVERY
A tracking link directing you to the shipper’s portal will be sent to you via email once your order has shipped.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME
Orders placed before 1:00pm (ET) will be shipped out within 2 business days, regardless of shipping speed selected. Processing times do not include weekends or U.S. federal holidays.
FexEx Ground Shipping (within the US): 3-5 business days
FedEx Standard Overnight Delivery (within the US): 1 business day
International Express Shipping: 3-7 business days
Please note we do not ship to PO boxes.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Rachael Ruddick will accept returns for handbag orders for refund in their original condition within 7 business of receipt of your order. Returned handbags must also include the original box, dust bags with original tags attached. Handbags with any sign of wear will not be accepted for a return. If you would like to exchange your handbag for an alternate size, please e-mail email@example.com
To accommodate any issues with fit, Rachael Ruddick will accept shoe orders for refund in their original condition within 14 days of receipt of your order. Returned shoes must also include the original shoebox and dust bags, and must be completely unworn. All shoes should be tried on a carpeted, clean surface, as shoe soles with any sign of wear will not be accepted for a return. If you would like to exchange your shoes for an alternate size, please e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org
REQUEST A RETURN FOR US ORDERS
If you would like to request a return, please email email@example.com with your email address and order number. Once you have submitted your request, a return authorization and domestic shipping label will be sent to you within 72 hours with return instructions. Please do not ship your return back without this authorization, as it will not be processed.
Original shipping costs are non–refundable, and a $10 fee will be applied if you choose to use our domestic return label. Rachael Ruddick reserves the right to refuse any return on merchandise that does not meet the above requirements. If your return is not accepted, it will be sent back to you at your expense and a refund will not be issued. We appreciate your understanding.
REQUEST A RETURN FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS (OUTSIDE US)

Rachael Ruddick reserves the right to refuse any return on merchandise that does not meet the above requirements. Please be aware that international customs duties and sales taxes are not refunded for shipments outside the US.
All items must be returned in perfect condition, not used and with the original packaging and tags. We are unable to offer an exchange or refund on items that are scratched, damaged or not in their original packaging. Customs or any additional charges for returning the product will not be covered by Rachael Ruddick and any charges will be due to be payable by the customer if incurred by Rachael Ruddick and will be subtracted from any refund due.
If an item is returned to us because a customer refused to pay for any import taxes or customs duties due payable, Rachael Ruddick will seek to recover from the customer all costs or any fees incurred by Rachael Ruddick. Please note that if you refuse to pay custom duties upon delivery, a refund will only be issued after the product has been returned to us.
Normally the return of the product to Rachael Ruddick takes 1-2 weeks, but depending on the country’s customs officers, the Rachael Ruddick product could be held by the boarder for up to a maximum of 10 weeks, Rachael Ruddick is unable to offer a refund until the bag is safely returned to our logistics depot.
If your order was placed within the US, all sales taxes will be refunded. For orders placed outside the US, shipping costs, customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable through Rachael Ruddick. However, you may be able to recover the duties and taxes by contacting your local customs bureau directly. As this may not be available for all countries, we recommend that you hire a customs broker if you wish to claim back duties on returned merchandise. We do not cover any additional bank charges charged by the local banks or any additional shipping and handling charges paid on your original shipment, and these will be deducted in the event you return one of our products.
